By accessing or using SnotShot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the app.

Description of Service

SnotShot is an entertainment application that uses AI to analyze images of mucus specimens (boogers and phlegm). The app provides:

• AI-powered analysis of submitted images
• Classification of specimens by various attributes
• A community leaderboard for sharing results
• History tracking of your analyses

Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: SnotShot is designed for entertainment purposes only. The analysis results, wellness tips, and any other information provided by the app are NOT medical advice and should NOT be used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.

If you have health concerns about your mucus or respiratory system, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Credits and Purchases

SnotShot operates on a credit system:

• New users receive free credits to try the app
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Purchased credits do not expire

User Content

By submitting images to SnotShot:

• You confirm you have the right to share these images
• You grant us permission to process and analyze them
• For leaderboard submissions, you grant us permission to display them publicly
• You agree not to submit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or voting system
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use automated systems to interact with the app

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SnotShot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Massive Interface, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
